Fees: Refundable Damage Deposit $1,950

Cleaning $450 + tax . Tax Rate 13% .

Notes: Base rate is $2250/night. Special events (weddings, movie/photo shoots, etc) are subject to a higher fee. Rates will vary at owner's discretion depending on local activities, including Elkhart Lake Racing and PGA events. Holiday rate is variable, plus tax (including but not limited to 4th of July, Labor and Memorial Weekends, Christmas, New Year's).   

Cancellation policy: 50% deposit non-refundable unless we are able to re-book.   Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
